How do we determine the most appropriate form of engagement?

The Residential Decision Session is the entry point for any engagement. It is in that structured conversation that we seek to understand the person, their context, their objectives and where they stand. From it emerges a Residential Profile, and through the application of the ORIENTA Method, we identify the form of engagement best suited to them. The service does not precede the diagnosis. It follows from it.

How does remuneration work?

Each mandate is different, and fees reflect that. We agree them with full transparency, once we understand the nature of the decision, its complexity and the level of representation required — never before.
